Steam

Valve will issue a refund for any reason for games, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime.

If the purchase is been less than 48 hours, you can request a refund through Google Play.

Google Play will decline your refund request after the 48-hour time window. In that case, simply contact us! We may issue refunds for Google Play orders made less than 30 days after purchase.

Please contact us via email ([email protected]) with your receipt. You may find your receipt through Google Pay.

The receipt must contain the Transaction ID. (It looks like this: GPA.000-0000-0000-00000)
