Even with the artist's permission, some songs which the artist does not have full rights are unavailable.
In this article, we've compiled a list of which songs are not allowed to be used even with permission.

When the artist publishes the song with other companies (such as games, animations, record labels), corresponding parties may have some rights. These songs require special license contracts. It is not possible to use those songs for the custom levels.
Some songs only can be found in some rhythm games. Those songs are commissioned and specially designed for that game. As a sign of respect, exclusive songs from other rhythm games are not allowed.
To use the remix in the Workshop, you must get permission from both the original composer and remixer.
